– ALLIANZ POLSKA OFE, holding 55,513,805 ordinary bearer shares conferring the right to 55,513,805 votes, representing 9.6599% of total voting rights in the Company and 9.6599% of the Company’s share capital;
– OFE PZU, holding 9,661,168 ordinary bearer shares conferring the right to 9,661,168 votes, representing 1.6811% of total voting rights in the Company and 1.6811% of the Company’s share capital;
– UNIQA OFE, holding 9,791,980 ordinary bearer shares conferring the right to 9,791,980 votes, representing 1.7039% of total voting rights in the Company and 1.7039% of the Company’s share capital;
as announced by the Company in Current Report No. 40/2025 of 9 June 2025 (“Shareholder Agreement”).
In total, the parties to the Shareholder Agreement hold 74,966,953 ordinary bearer shares, conferring the right to 74,966,953 votes, representing 13.73% of voting rights at the Annual General Meeting, or 13.0449% of total voting rights in the Company and 13.0449% of the Company’s share capital.
