Corporate Governance

Corporate Governance is a set of rules addressed both to companies’ governing bodies and key managers as well as majority and minority stakeholders. These principles relate to broadly defined management of the companies.

We apply the Best Practices of Companies Listed on the WSE

The main objectives of “Best Practice for Warsaw Stock Exchange Listed Companies” are:  strengthening the companies transparency, improvement of the quality of company-to-investor communication,  strengthening the shareholders’ protection  inclusive of matters not covered by other legal regulations. Nonetheless, the rules are intended not to create burdens for the listed companies, which are not balanced with the market benefits.

Grenevia has undertaken to apply the principles of corporate governance set out in the Best Practices of WSE Listed Companies and has set itself additional goals related to this area.
